Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Did It Run? (the "Service"), operated by James Labossiere. By creating an account you agree to them.
The Service
Did It Run? monitors scheduled jobs by receiving check-ins you send and alerting you when expected check-ins are missing, late, failed or fail your checks. The Service is a monitoring aid; it does not guarantee that every problem will be detected or that every alert will be delivered.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you send to the Service.
- Don't send sensitive personal data, secrets or regulated data (e.g. health or payment card data) in check-ins.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service: no excessive request volumes, attempts to access other users' data, spam relaying through inbound email, or use that breaks the law. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by missed or delayed alerts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for you if you breach these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
