Get alerted when a Make scenario stops running
Add an HTTP module to a Make.com scenario so missed, failed and empty runs alert you.
Make scenarios get deactivated after repeated errors, run out of operations, or lose a connection. A heartbeat at the end tells you when runs stop arriving.
1. Add an HTTP module at the end
- Module: HTTP → Make a request
- URL:
https://diditrun.app/p/YOUR-TOKEN - Method: POST, Body type: Raw, Content type: JSON
- Request content:
{ "items": {{length(array)}}, "text": "Scenario finished" }Replace array with the bundle array from an aggregator, or send a fixed "items": 1 if you only care that it ran.
2. Report errors right away
Right-click the module most likely to fail → Add error handler → add another HTTP → Make a request to https://diditrun.app/p/YOUR-TOKEN/fail, followed by a Resume or Ignore directive.
3. No HTTP? Email is coming soon
Once email check-ins launch, you'll be able to use the Email → Send an email module to the watch's address as the final step instead. Until then, use the HTTP module.
Schedule tips
Match the scenario's schedule on the watch, and give it a grace window at least as long as the scenario normally takes to run.
